In short: every purchase on Ranqed is final. Placements are delivered as soon as they activate, so there are no refunds or credits, except for a duplicate charge or a placement that never activated because of our error.
1. All sales are final
All purchases on Ranqed, including Featured, Vote Spotlight, Sidebar Spotlight, Server Spotlight and Partner Spotlight placements, are final and non-refundable.
Advertising placements are digital services. A placement is considered delivered when your payment is confirmed and the placement becomes active, and its paid duration starts immediately. Because the slot is reserved for you and withheld from other advertisers for the full duration, we cannot offer refunds or credits.
2. Situations that are not refunded
Refunds, partial refunds and credits are not given for:
- change of mind, or no longer needing the placement;
- unused time, including if your server closes, goes offline or changes name;
- the number of views, clicks, votes, players or rankings you received;
- time spent while your banner is awaiting review, rejected for breaking our rules, or being replaced;
- uploading the wrong artwork or entering the wrong ad link (you can change both yourself at any time);
- placements ended because of a breach of our Terms of Service, such as vote manipulation or prohibited content;
- rotation with other advertisers in the same placement;
- free placements granted by Ranqed, which have no cash value.
3. Crypto payments
Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments and are irreversible once sent. In addition to the rules above:
- Send the exact amount shown on the invoice. Network (gas) fees are paid by you.
- Underpayments do not activate a placement. Contact us and we can either activate it once the balance is covered or, at our discretion, return the received amount minus network and processing fees.
- Funds sent on the wrong network, in the wrong coin, to an expired invoice or to an old payment address may be delayed or unrecoverable, and are your responsibility.
- Overpayments are not refunded automatically.
- A placement activates automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, which can take from a few minutes to about an hour.
4. If something goes wrong on our side
If you are charged but your placement never activates because of a technical error on our side, or you are charged twice for the same order, contact us within 14 days. After verifying the problem we will, at our choice, activate the placement or extend it for the affected time, or refund the duplicate or failed charge. This is the only situation in which money may be returned.
5. Before you buy
- Each placement's size, location, price and duration are shown on the Advertise page before checkout.
- Your slot is held for 30 minutes while you complete payment; if you don't finish, it is released and you are not charged.
- Check your banner and ad link before paying. You can still replace them afterwards from your dashboard.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before contacting your bank. Opening a chargeback for a placement that was delivered as described breaches our Terms of Service: we will contest it with evidence of your purchase, your acceptance of this policy and the placement's delivery, and we may suspend your account and end your listings and placements.
